Dividend Policy

ALM Equity is a growth company and its intention for the foreseeable future is to focus on investing excess liquidity back into the business. Dividend proposals are based on the company’s liquidity and anticipated future financial position, taking account of current economic conditions. The ambition is to at least propose a dividend for preferred shares every year.

Proposed dividend 2024

The Board proposes a cash dividend for the 2024 financial year of SEK 8.40 (8.40) per preference share, paid at SEK 2.10 (2.10) per quarter. No dividend is proposed for the ordinary shares. The dividend will be voted on at the Annual General Meeting to be held on May 2024.

The record date for the dividend to preference shareholders takes place on the last weekday in March, June, September and December, and is usually paid on the third business day after the record date.
